Noah Foutz is a Cleveland-based composer, producer, and performer. His work blends classical rigor, collaborative creation, and contemporary precision.
A graduate of Cleveland State University’s renowned Music Composition program, he’s been honored with the Bain Murray Award, and an Ohio Valley Regional Emmy for his work on CRESCENDO. As CEO and Lead Composer of North Coast Scoring, Noah creates original scores for film, television, and games, blending orchestral depth with cinematic emotion.
As a producer, Noah brings the same precision and storytelling instinct to the world of audio media. His podcast work has earned millions of downloads across award-winning shows, and his music producing credits include projects for Cleveland artists such as Sugardeer, Thicarus, and A Thousand Paper Cranes.
Onstage, Noah is an active performer on bass, guitar, and vocals. Whether fronting his solo material or performing with ensembles like The Big Leagues, his style spans jazz, rock, and acoustic singer-songwriter traditions - reflecting the same curiosity that drives all his creative work.
