Noah Foutz is a dynamic composer and performer based in Cleveland, OH, whose  rich background in both classical and modern music is reflected in his  scores for films and games. He has been recognized as the 2018 Bain  Murray Award Winner for Composition, an International Finalist in the  2020 Walter Hussey Composition Contest, a 2023 Ohio Valley Regional Emmy  Award Winner for the film CRESCENDO, the 2024 Cleveland 48 Hour Film  Project’s “Best Original Score” Winner, and more. He is the founder and  lead composer of North Coast Scoring, an orchestral scoring and music  production studio based in Cleveland, OH.

Noah blends his deep  classical music education with his broad experience as a contemporary  performer to craft his unique sound. He earned a Bachelor of Music  Composition from Cleveland State University in 2019, where he studied  piano under Dr. Angelin Chang and the Cleveland Orchestra's Joela Jones.  He can be heard as a bassist, guitarist, and vocalist with bands such  as The Big Leagues, A Thousand Paper Cranes, and Dynamite and the  Lazerbeams, a Queen cover band which performed at the 2019 National Queen Fan Convention.
